Premiere on March 6, 2009 at the Atlantic Center for the Arts in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. In February 2009 Molissa was in residence at  the Atlantic Center for the Arts where ICE, DEW, FOOD, CREW, APE with music by Alvin Curran and poetry by Bob Holman premiered. New York City performances include the Judson Memorial Church in September 2009. Performed by Molissa Fenley, Katie McGreevy, Cassie Mey, Nadia Oka, Karin Stevens and Alyssa Lee Wilmot.
